One Layer - Water-coloring + Video

Hi friends! I hope you are all doing well. I have a cute and fun one layer card for you today with water-coloring. The cardstock I used for my today's card is not a water-color paper, it's a regular card white card stock.

For coloring I used Faber Castell Water Color Pencils. I picked up the color directly from the pencils to avoid any harsh lines while coloring!

Here is the video tutorial for you.. Enjoy!!

I hope you liked the card and enjoyed watching the video. Thanks for stopping by! See you soon.. :)

Hero arts - tic, tac, toe!

Hi everyone! I love smooching/smooshing the inks on to the card. Picked Raspberry is one of my favourite colors and I really had fun while smooching/smooshing the background!

I made this card for Hero Arts Tic, Tac, Toe Challenge and I've chosen the last line - watercolor, tag, favourite color! and the tag I used was Vellum.

This is my first time participating in Hero Arts Challenge and I'm really very excited about that!

I hope you like this card, take care and I'll see you soon.. ;)

No - Line Water Coloring!

Hello everyone! I have a rainbow card to share today and yes! the card has all the colorful clouds! Imagine the sky with rainbow clouds! Wow! That would be so magical!!

To make this card I used a technique which is popular these days called 'No Line Water coloring'. Not only water colors you can use any medium for this 'no line'. I used several inks like Memento Inks, Faber-castell red ink and Distress Inks for the water-coloring! Yes! Memento inks also reacts with water but you need to be real fast because they dry too quickly.

You can watch the video below for the entire process..

Also I'm entering this card for AEI♥U Challenge #25 - Rainbow!

I hope you like my card and the video. Thanks and I'll see you soon.. :)

Funky water coloring.

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great weekend. Mine was a little busy asusual, filming videos, editing them and making cards but I'm also having some quality time with my family. I just had a cup of coffee. What about you?

I made this card for Paper Smooches Sparks June 14-20 Picture Perfect challenge and trust me I had a lots of fun while making this card. I simply watercolored the funny images. I simply stamped the Kangaroo from Little Lovin stamp set with broken china and mustard seed distress inks and water colored the kangaroos with the same colors! Finally stamped the sentiment from Chilly Chums and dusted it off with Perfect pearls. And also used a golden string, flicked some brushed pewter distress stain  and adhered sequins from Lawn Fawn to  finish off my card.

(I see blue, yellow and white colors and some animal too in the inspiration pic)

There is a video on 'NO LINE COLORING' coming out your way very soon, so stay tuned!

Thanks!

Easy Watercoloring with Memento Fire Work Spray!

To make this card, I simply did some loose/easy watercoloring with Memento Fire Work Paris Dust Shimmer Spray. I let it dry for some time, once it's dry I stamped the image and sentiment from Paper Smooches Chilly Chums Stamp Set and heat set it with Zing White Embossing Powder. Finally added sequins from Avery Elle..

This card is a little bit wonky because of the water and this is not a water color paper. But do not worry about the wonkiness, place a heavy book on to the card, it just flattens out!

I made a video too, please watch it here or on my You Tube channel.. :)

I hope you like it. Thank yo so much for stopping  by and leaving me some love!
Take care and I'll see you soon.. :)

Sending you laughter!

Hi everyone, I'm back with a cute card, using masking and stamping technique, for CASual Fridays CFC140 and Paper Smooches May 31- June 6 Anything Goes (wk5) challenge . First I stamped the pot, watercolored it with Faber castell pencils and masked it, then stamped the penguin. This gives an illusion that the penguin is standing behind the flower pot. ;) Then stamped the flower on some scrap paper and colored it with neon marker. Finally added a neony strip just to compliment the color of the flower. I hope you like this card. Take care and I'll see you soon.. :)

CSCC#15 - Stylish CAS card

Hello dear friends! There's a brand new challenge for you at

All you need to do is create a CAS card inspired by the above pic. I'm loving this pic a lot. So subtle and soothing colors to the eye in this hot red summer.. ;)

And here is my card!

(i did a little mistake here.. )

I was very much inspired by the colors. I took a standard sized card and flicked the background with Brushed Pewter Distress Stain and after drying I stamped the sentiment from Technique Tuesday in Archival Jet Black Ink.Then hand drew the leaves and water colored them with Distress Inks. I then temporarily adhered these leaves on some scratch paper and stamped the same sentiment again on to the leaves. Later I arranged those leaves on to the pre-stamped cardstock and adhered them with foam tape just to give a little bit of dimension. Added few sequins and that's it my card was done!

Hope you like the card and got inspired, be sure to check our challenge blog for more details and for more inspiration. Thank you and I'll see you soon.. :)
