Ombre Stamping

Hello dear friends! Happy Saturday! Today, I made a card + video for Altenew Video Challenge #2 and this is my second entry. For my today's card, I took Super Script 2 stamp set and stamped 'thanks' in various colors of pink to achieve that Ombre look. I'm not quite happy with the result. What do you think?

I did a mistake here, I didn't clean my stamp well after playing and practicing a while with the inks. There was a reaction between Picked Raspberry DI and Hero Arts Neon Pink ink and it turned out Purple. At first, I thought 'oh ho no' and later I thought 'wow, I got a new color!' ;) Well.. yeah! If you don't have purple you can mix those two colors..

I have made a video for you on how I made this card. You can watch it here or you can go to my YouTube channel and watch there. :)

I hope you liked the video and card, sorry about the bad lighting- cloudy here! If you like the video please give it a thumbs up and also don't forget to subscribe to my channel

Thank you and Happy Crafting!! :)

Thinking of YOU!

She Stood in the strom, and when the wind did not blow her away,
SHE adjusted her sails

What a beautiful sentiment! And I thank you my dear friend for sending me such a  stunning stamp set. And I'm dedicating this card to all the people those who are fighting against Cancer. May God heal them and give them New Life!

I stamped the sentiment from Verve Stamps with Versamark Ink and Heat Embossed with Shabby Chic Embossing Enamel from Stampendous. I created my own mask/template and distressed with Tsukineko Electric Pink Chalk Ink.

Finally adhered Pearls and sequins are from Avery Elle and Lawn Fawn.

Hi everyone! I'm back with another card making tutorial. And I made this for Altenew Video Challenge #2. This card is somewhat different from my style, I seldom use pattern papers on my projects and I can say that this is a little bit challenging for me.. ;)

A Yawny Hello!!

Hello hello dear crafty friends! It's been a while since I have posted anything here. I was just doing these and that these days and I didn't find proper time to craft or doodle or color. So, finally, yesterday I decided to make a card! So I went with a super sweet design and ofcourse this design was hitting my mind lately, to bring my mojo back!

So here is the story.. This little lazy doggie went to a park to take a nap and he found these beautiful and colorful leaves and he thought this was his perfect place to relax, nap and enjoy!!

The stamp sets are from Neat and Tangled and Altenew. And yes! this is a one layer card. I hope you like it. Take care and I'll see you soon.. :)

Think Pink!

I love making one layer cards!! ;) I made this card for Avery Elle and Virginia's View #19 challenge. I masked the outer edges and created the clouds using a DIY template. I sponged some Spun Sugar Distress Ink. I stamped the giraffe onto a piece of card stock with Archival Jet Black Ink, water colored him with Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar distress inks. Finally stamped the sentiment and adhered a few sequins from Avery Elle.

I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by, see you soon.. :)

EDITED : so here is another card using the same technique but I changed the colors and the stamps. The stamp set is from Wplus9 and the ink I used is Mustard Seed Distress Ink.

I have also made a card processing video. Kindly watch and enjoy :)

If you like the video please give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe to my channel.. :)

Take care and I'll see you next time <3

Red Fox!

Hi everyone! This card is for Paper Smooches September 27- October 3 Designer Drafts challenge. I created this fall scene with distress inks - spiced marmalade, mustard seed and peeled paint. The leaves that are falling aren't the maple leaves, they are 'holly leaves' and I think they look really cool in the background just like fall leaves. I colored the fox with festive berries and antique linen distress inks. And stamped the sentiment with archival jet black ink.

I hope you like it. Thanks so much for stopping by. See you soon.. :)
